Tofu A Go-Go! is a chef owned and operated restaurant staffed by Happy Vegetarians! Team Tofu is Lindsey The French (of the French Family), our kitchen manager, babysitter, prep cook and amazing vegan baker, ! Lesley (the wonderful), currently on an academic leave, Justini (the only), who is always welcome and another new Greenfield resident, Cale our newest Go-Go! , in house musicologist and all around great guy who knows how to have a good day on Counter Intelligence, and the ever mighty and fearless Los Chefs...Star and Max!!!
